Area changes in home values have been published by appraisal district. In a comparison with other local and comparable neighborhoods Settlers ranked:
1) Seventh out 13 in taxable value;
2) First in price per square foot in 2013 and 2014; and
3) First in the percentage change (increase) in value between 2013 and 2014.
And this is before our updated amenities come on line. It’s a good time to own property in Settlers Village!
